Wholesaler Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following details Warner Howard Standard Terms & Conditions of sale relating to wholesalers

 

1.     All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

2.     Wherever possible we will provide four weeks notice of impending price increases. Although each price list displays a “valid until” date, Warner Howard reserves the right to make price alterations at any time.

3.     Credit Accounts: Payments are due 30 days from date of invoice.

4.     Debit Notes: All invoice and delivery note discrepancies must be reported to Customer Service on 
        0870 850 4352 within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

5.     Returns: 
            a. Warner Howard does not provide goods on a Sale or Return basis without prior agreement 
            in writing.
            b. Warner Howard does not offer a Stock Clearance facility without prior agreement in writing.

6.     WEEE:
        In accordance with the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations, Warner 
        Howard recognises their responsibilities for disposal of the Unit at the end of its working life. The 
        Buyer must notify Warner Howard when the unit requires disposal. When this occurs, Warner 
        Howard reserves the right to charge the Buyer for all costs involved in the removal of the Unit 
        from the Buyer’s site, including where necessary (but not restricted to) decommissioning, civil 
        works, moving equipment, transportation and disposal.

7.     Warranty: 
            a. All Warner Howard Warranties commence from the date the goods are shipped from 
            our warehouse. Warner Howard will extend the warranty period for 12 weeks to allow for a 
            stock period.
            b. Any faulty goods must be reported to Customer Service on 0870 850 4352.
            c. Faulty goods will be 
                i. Replaced free of charge until product testing has been completed, where after if no fault 
                is identified an invoice will be issued against the replacement goods and the original goods 
                will be returned. A carriage charge of £12.50 will be applied.
                ii. Where a replacement is not required, the goods will be tested, if no fault is detected, no 
                credit will be issued and the goods will be returned at your cost.

8.     Deliveries:
            a. All orders will be delivered within 48 working hours of the order being keyed.
            b. Minimum carriage paid order is £150.00 ex VAT; orders below £150.00 ex VAT will be 
            subject to a £12.50 carriage charge.
            c. Minimum order value is £75.00, excluding parts.
            d. Damaged/Incorrect goods must be reported to Customer Service within 5 days of date of 
            invoice.
            e. Short deliveries must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.
            f. Proof of Delivery documentation is available up to 30 days from date of invoice.
